More than a fresh coat of paint.

Version 1.0.1 gives Orange Cat a more consistent pixel-art look. Stages are clearer at a glance, characters have more personality, and every screen feels like part of the same adventure.

  • Refreshed backgrounds and gameplay artwork
  • New King Bubble boss artwork
  • Updated Pelican animations and character visuals
  • Sharper, cleaner pixel-art presentation
  • Improved scaling for modern Android displays
  • Android 16 compatibility updates
  • Polished bonus-round results and other bug fixes

Before & after

The stages found their own identity.

The old arcade was full of detail, but the action had to compete with it. The new neon arena keeps the energy while giving bubbles, platforms, and the cat room to stand out.

From deep-space bridge to lunar outpost.

Round 12 opens up the playfield, with the moon stretching beyond the window of a clean new outpost.

From the ocean floor to a kingdom in the clouds.

Round 27 makes one of the release's biggest leaps, replacing the crowded reef with a bright, open sky realm.

Meet the new King Bubble.

King Bubble got the biggest makeover. He now looks like the largest red bubble in the game, with his face and crown doing the rest.

A cleaner Pelican in flight.

The original Pelican had too much overlapping detail at its small in-game size—some poses could even read like a second head. Every frame was redrawn with a cleaner silhouette and a clearer wing beat, so the character stays readable while crossing the playfield.

Pickups you can read in an instant.

The tiny original icons worked, but their shapes and details could disappear during a busy round. The refreshed pickups use bolder silhouettes, stronger color, and clearer pixel-art details.

Better support for Android screens.

The game now scales more cleanly across modern landscape displays, keeping the pixel art crisp instead of soft or stretched. This release also updates Android 16 compatibility and polishes several round-end and bonus-round moments.
